From a negative to a print - About me

From an early age I have always had an interest in photography, on holidays I would always fight my dad for his Nikon and as I got older it got to the point where I was told I had a talent and that I should use it. I decided to study photography at A-level where I learnt a lot about different types of photography, including finding an interest in film photography. In these two years studying photography I found a I had a real talent in street and portrait photography as well as having an interest in equine and sport photography. Outside from my school studies I would always try and find places to take photos where I could further my skills and gain more experience, I photographed my friends, at events at school such as sports day. Since starting at Oxford Brookes University, where I am now in my second year studying geography, I have had the opportunity to take the photos for Oxford Brookes University Hockey Club (OBUHC) on their home match days.
